Wartungspflichtige Gelenkköpfe, Stahl/Bronze-Gelenkköpfe mit Aussengewinde SKF
| Wartungspflichtige SKF Gelenkköpfe werden serienmässig mit den Gleitpaarungen Stahl/Stahl und Stahl/Bronze gefertigt. Bei Gelenkköpfen mit diesen Gleitpaarungen ist regelmässige Nachschmierung erforderlich. Stahl/Stahl-Gelenkköpfe haben gehärtete, phosphatierte und mit einem Einlaufschmierstoff behandelte Gleitflächen. Sie weisen eine hohe Verschleissfestigkeit auf und sind daher besonders geeignet für Lagerungen, die hohe Belastungen bei wechselnder Lastrichtung aufzunehmen haben. Stahl/Bronze-Gelenkköpfe haben einen gehärteten Innenring und einen Aussenring aus Bronze. Sie weisen daher gute Notlaufeigenschaften auf. | |
| Die wartungspflichtigen SKF Gelenkköpfe stehen in den folgenden Ausführungen zur Verfügung: | |

| • | Stahl/Stahl-Gelenkköpfe mit Innengewinde für Hydraulikzylinder |
| • | Stahl/Stahl-Gelenkköpfe mit Aussengewinde |
| • | Stahl/Stahl-Gelenkköpfe mit Anschweissende |
| • | Stahl/Bronze-Gelenkköpfe mit Innengewinde |
| • | Stahl/Bronze-Gelenkköpfe mit Aussengewinde |
| Die rechts- oder linksgängiges Innen- oder Aussengewinde entsprechen ISO 965-1:1998 bzw. DIN ISO 965-1:1999. Die Gelenkköpfe mit Linksgewinde sind durch ein L in der Bezeichnung gekennzeichnet. | |
